Anaheim, CA, 18, April 2024 – Continental Cup Company today announced the launch of the “Game Changer 120” (GC120), which is a new line-up of sustainable cups for cold and alcoholic beverages for the QSR, takeaway and quick-serve sectors. Using APP Group’s (APP) Foopak Bio Natura plastic-free base paper, the cups are PFAS-free, curb-side recyclable, and both home and industrial compostable.
To showcase the new product line-up, the full suite of GC120 cups will be on display at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois from 18 to 21 May, at the Continental Cup Booth #9554. To complement the sustainability of the GC120 cups, APP’s full suite of sustainable trays, bowls, hot and cold cups and the newest addition of their plastic-free lids will also be on display at the booth.

Foopak Bio Natura’s paperboard utilizes innovative and revolutionary aqua-dispersion technology to replace harmful petroleum-based plastic coatings that are not sustainable for the planet and humans. The paperboard is FDA-compliant as well as both REACH and BfR certified for direct food contact.
