Foopak® Named Official Sponsor of the 2026 Los Angeles Marathon for Second Consecutive Year

Los Angeles, CA  March 2, 2026 – Foopak®, APP Group’s flagship fiber-based foodservice brand, has been named the official sponsor of the 2026 Los Angeles Marathon, marking the second consecutive year the brand has supported one of the largest and most recognized road races in the United States. The continued partnership reflects Foopak’s strong performance in high-demand event environments and its growing presence in major sporting events

Through the exclusive sales channel partnership in the U.S. with APP and Charta Global , along with Visstun, one of Charta’s core converting partners, Foopak® Bio Natura cups will again be supplied at water stations along the full 26.2-mile course. Thousands of runners and volunteers are expected to interact with the cups throughout race day, underscoring the significance of sustainable cups at the event.

Building on the success of its inaugural sponsorship in 2025, APP’s Foopak Bio Natura returns as the official sponsor highlighting the brand’s suitability for large-scale events where products must perform under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions. From hydration points to finish-line moments, the cups are designed to support smooth hydration filling operations, while meeting the logistical demands of a world-class marathon.
